The nature of body and mind
As the title suggests, I am trying to arrive here that body and mind are not two different entities but one and the same in the sense that they behaves in exactly same way. Also these two ingredients which we say exist do not differ from other outside entities called nature. Both keeps on rejecting what is foreign to them, one example is any form of clinical treatment in the history of human kind is a disastrous failure and they have adverse effect on body what we call side effect and the justification of healing can be given that I am healing because I am being treated.
It is the newly discovered remedy that creates diseases this is statement can be supported by what U. G. Krishnamurti says. Same is analogy is not different for mind or human intellect any attempts be it moralist, religious, spiritual ultimately turns into bitter form. Every one of us has experienced that when we try to control our overwhelming emotions like fear, sorrow, greed, respectability, jealousy etc they become more and more agitated.
The possible solutions
Once you realize the truthfulness of above phenomenon it is evident to arrive upon a method that will try to let the body function on its own and do not interfere but this is not so easy as said any such attempt will be an effort on your side and thus ultimately lead to rectify what we think is malfunctioning thus itself becomes a hindrance. A popular philosophy of being an observer and watch your actions seems more parallel to this approach here if you reach that state the same can also be said in different words are “Not knowing anything”.
Human curiosity
The unbroken history of mankind of discoveries and asking questions led us to doubt and ask everything now it has come into our habit that we must throw questions on everything. It is an impression seeped on deepest conscious level that everything can be explained through logic whereas in reality for example death remains unknowing thing. Thus gave birth to stone Gods, religions, beliefs they were of past and in new world we become free of them and become slave of new ones. The certainty that those spiritual teachings or moral talks cannot help you because every word or has its life and when communicated they lose their meaning. In this very moment I am writing something with great life in those letters and sometimes seeing them simply as dead. It will not be a big wonder if they are interpreted in completely wrong sense.
Perception and reality
Perception or better call it experiencing will be different from what is real this is obvious to anyone who is reading or not reading this article. But Sometimes their gap is accidentally reduced or becomes very minimal this we call state of seeing. A state of seeing or sensing anything either through senses or even mind cannot be same as experiencing it. The moment we try to experience something, it is gone and what remains there is, a thought that is struggling to take hold of seeing and saying dead words “How beautiful is this..!” And we keep on trying to take hold of what is seen. One interesting thing to notice is every time when you come across such blissful moment immediately it is followed by one saying that “How beautiful it is,,,!” or “I am seeing it” so that time is very small a momentary. When such time becomes elongated either by some practice or accidentally we experience what is called meditative state or Nirvana.
Ideations and verbalization
This is I am writing from similarities I found from talks of J Krishnamurti and UG both That is one cannot see his emotions there is no way to experience your emotions the one that is saying I am fearful is another thought which is another emotion. When you say I am fearful you are not actually pointing to the actual fear but entirely different location they are like one which says “I am fearful and it harms me” or second one that says “I must get rid of my fears..” so there is no existence of fear but the ideation of fear that persists here onwards and creates further fear.
