Popular amongst small business and Ebay auction site also freelance and individual selling items on internet. It usability of being main option as online business payment is questionable. This is an Indian and Asian merchant account provider, paypal doesn’t have the INR currency support so peoples from that country are forced to buy their service. In third world market due to lack of competition they have big dominance in this area with their poorly featured service.
Actually ccavenue is selling the something what paypal email payment does but with much higher fee tag, their lowest plan starts from 7000 setup Rs that comes around 140 USD plus they have whopping 7% transaction charge along with annual software maintenance fee, what a loot.
Worldpay –
Though their name is world pay but their service is not open to many countries, currently they are giving service in US, UK, Germany, Australia and almost all other European countries, check for your country.
2Checkout –
Their customer support is poor, I mailed them and I have no reply since then. Here also merchant are sent to 2checkout site immediately after clicking the checkout link. Why to pay for it when you can get paypal for free.
Propay-
This is good service with 29.95 USD installation fee and no monthly charge with reasonable transaction fee of 3.25 % + $0.35. One good thing is customer can pay the money without leaving merchants site. But merchants from USA can only avail this service.
